Posture Clinic Equipment

A black seat cushion named SmartSteat and Wedges for posture and back pain.
Foot pain relief kit including black foam foot inserts, a small black foam pad with a white ball, a purple drawstring pouch labeled "REFLEX-IT," and a black stand with the label "MINIS."
A black dog harness with adjustable straps and a leash attachment, alongside two black harness straps and a blue tag on one strap.

The PMI Wedge! This is the winner prop to incorporate into teaching in groups, or 1 on 1. Clients need support for their wrists and under their knees, under sit bones, or side-lying. They work! They are amazing and they are perfect!  They don't slip around and they are wipeable, lightweight and take up little or no storage space. They were a huge hit at Pilates Day classes. Everyone loved them. I tried them with my entire family. I placed them under my back for my scoliosis and loved the way they felt. I can see using them for long drives. They have many uses. I am buying them for our two studio locations!

I love the wedges! First, the high-density foam means they're super lightweight but sturdy (I've had mine for a few years and they're still fine). Second, they can go anywhere - behind my back, under my sitz bones, under my legs - anywhere I need a lift or more support. My scoliosis clients love them! Finally, they're inexpensive, easy to store and clean, and completely useful.
