Ashley Benson

Ashley Benson has over 18 years of experience in almost every facet of professional fitness, including personal training, group fitness and Pilates class instruction, blogging and guest writing for health and fitness companies, and mentorship of fitness instructors and coaches. As a collegiate volleyball athlete whose career was cut short due to injuries, Ashley developed a deep passion for rehabbing and repairing her own body from all the wear and tear from sports. She found the solution in Pilates and from there, used the Pilates fundamentals to build a successful training format, combining strength training and plyometrics with Pilates classes. Now she focuses her experience on athletes, with the primary goal of significantly reducing injury, increasing their athletic ability and prolonging the career of the athletes.
